Children's Dental Care
Explore baby teeth, cavity prevention and when a space maintainer may be considered. Treating a child differs from treating an adult because the jaw is still growing. When a baby tooth is lost early, a dentist checks whether the space for the adult tooth needs holding open, and the narrow grooves on the chewing surface of a molar, where a brush cannot reach, are sometimes sealed in advance. What is done now shows up in the bite years later.
The articles themselves are in Korean
Our dentists write these articles for patients in Korea, and we have not translated them. Every title in the lists on these pages is in Korean, and so is the article behind it.
What is in English is the part that helps you choose: what each topic covers, and how many articles sit under it. You may use your browser’s translation feature on the Korean text, but medical wording may not translate accurately. If you need anything clarified, send us the question on KakaoTalk and we will answer it before you come in.
