Tooth Anatomy

Learn about enamel, dentine, pulp and the tissues supporting your teeth. These entries give the names and the jobs of the parts that make up a tooth and what surrounds it: what enamel, dentine and cementum are, where feeling begins, and which part of the mouth the anatomy words you hear in the chair are pointing at.

The entries themselves are in Korean

Our dental health library was written for patients in Korea and has not been translated. Every title in the lists on these pages is in Korean, and so is the article behind it.

What is in English is the part that helps you choose: what each topic covers, and how many articles sit under it. You may use your browser’s translation feature on the Korean text, but medical wording may not translate accurately. If you need anything clarified, send us the question on KakaoTalk and we will answer it before you come in.

43 entries

Where an entry has an English headword it is shown first, with the Korean title beneath it. Entries without one are listed under their Korean title. Either way, opening a card takes you to the article, which is written in Korean.

This page is general information about dental care, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. What is right for you depends on an examination. Please speak with a dentist before deciding on any treatment.
